Postgraduate Diploma (PGD) in Strategic Leadership and Management (PGD-SLM) Courses Required:

The PGD programme develops graduates into strategic leaders and managers through advanced study, critical analysis, strategic planning, decision-making, and applied leadership practice. 3. Membership upgrade according to assessed years of experience from Associate up to Senior Fellow

Experienced Non Graduate Certification Program

Target learners: Non-graduates with substantial professional experience, especially executives, entrepreneurs, business owners, and individuals with demonstrable leadership achievements.

• Executive Diploma in Strategic Leadership and Management This programme recognizes and develops leadership capability through executive learning, practical application, experience-based assessment, and strategic management development. Entry should depend on verified experience and demonstrated competence, not age or job title alone.

2. Professional certification as either Certified Strategic Leadership Professional, CSLP or Certified Strategic Management Practitioner, CSMP

Non Experienced Non Graduate Certification Programs

Target learners: Individuals who do not yet have substantial professional or leadership experience, including school leavers, undergraduates, diploma holders, and emerging professionals.

This pathway follows a progressive learning structure, moving from foundational understanding to advanced knowledge, professional application, and practical competence.

01 Basic Certificate in Strategic Leadership And Management Foundation level Introduces the principles of strategic leadership and management, personal development, and foundational concepts.

02 Advanced Certificate in Strategic Leadership And Management Advanced learning level Deepens understanding of leadership models, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and management principles.

03 Professional Certificate in Strategic Leadership And Management Professional development level Builds practical skills in leadership, planning, communication, teamwork, and organizational effectiveness.

04 Professional Diploma in Strategic Leadership And Management Applied professional level Develops the ability to apply strategic leadership and management principles to real-life organizational and business challenges. Progression through these awards should be based on the completion of required learning, assessments, and practical assignments. Learners may receive appropriate entry or credit recognition where their verified prior learning and competence justify it.

Target learners: Entrepreneurs, business owners, consultants, accountants, executives, professionals, and other learners seeking competence in a specific field of strategic leadership or management.

Specialized programmes address clearly defined professional needs and may be offered independently or alongside the main development pathways.

• Certified Business Planning and Strategy Professional (CBPSP) — a specialized 12-week programme in business planning, business strategy, and strategic implementation.

Our Free Learning Policy

1. Free Online Learning

MISLM provides free enrollment and access to its designated online courses. Learners may complete the prescribed online learning activities without tuition or enrollment fees.

2. Ownership of Prescribed Learning Materials

MISLM recognizes that online learning alone is insufficient for sustained professional development. Accordingly, learners seeking professional certification at the designated membership and certification levels shall purchase and download the prescribed learning materials for their respective programs.

These materials shall serve as essential resources for assessment preparation, practical application, continuous learning, and future professional reference.

3. Professional Certification Requirements

Course completion alone does not automatically confer professional certification or membership privileges. Candidates must acquire the prescribed learning materials, satisfy the applicable assessment requirements, and meet all other published eligibility criteria.

4. Certificate Issuance

Candidates who successfully satisfy the certification requirements may obtain their formal certificates upon payment of the published certificate issuance fee.
