We believe that strategic leadership begins from within. Before we can lead others strategically, we must first develop the character, mindset, integrity, competence, and capacity of the strategic person within us.

At MISLM, we are committed to developing a new generation of strategic leaders and managers equipped to make a difference in business, government, education, ministry, communities, and society at large.

Our Objectives

1. To identify, raise, train, develop, empower, and certify strategic leaders and managers at various professional and certification levels, including Associate, Executive, Professional, and Fellow levels, equipping them to provide effective leadership for sustainable development across all sectors in Nigeria and globally 
2. To provide professional education, training, and development programmes in strategic leadership, management, and related disciplines at basic, advanced, diploma, executive, and postgraduate levels, and to award appropriate certificates, diplomas, and professional qualifications in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and accreditation requirements.
3. To design and deliver specialized professional and executive programmes and courses  that address contemporary leadership and management challenges and equip participants with the knowledge, skills, character, and competence required for effective and responsible leadership.

4 To promote the integration of biblical principles, ethical values, integrity, excellence, and responsible stewardship into leadership and management education and development, with the aim of cultivating leaders of character, competence, and capacity.

5 To conduct and promote research, publications, conferences, seminars, and other intellectual activities in strategic leadership, management, governance, organizational development, and related fields, and to establish collaborations and affiliations that advance leadership knowledge, innovation, and thought leadership.

6 To provide leadership, management, organizational development, strategic planning, capacity-building, and related consultancy services to organizations, institutions, governments, and other bodies.

7 To promote the development of practical skills, entrepreneurship, and micro-enterprises through training, certification, mentoring, and other empowerment initiatives that enhance employability, self-reliance, innovation, and socio-economic development.

8 To establish and promote a network of strategic leaders, managers, professionals, alumni, and other stakeholders for knowledge sharing, collaboration, mentorship, professional development, and the advancement of strategic leadership.

9 To promote lifelong learning and continuous professional development in leadership, management, and related fields, and to encourage the pursuit of excellence, integrity, and responsible impact.

10 To invest the income and funds of the Company, not immediately required for the administration and operations of the Company, in lawful and viable money-market, financial, and other investment instruments in Nigeria and outside Nigeria; and to borrow or otherwise raise money from individuals, banks, financial institutions, government agencies, and other lawful sources for the purpose of promoting and advancing the objects of the Company, and to do all such other lawful things as are incidental or conducive to the attainment of the above objects.
